Would highly recommend Best Gym Equipment, as I felt like I had a more personal buying experience. Their customer service is as good as any I have ever used and their prices are as good if not better than most of their competitors.

Great choice on the website.

It did not take long to make my choice and place my order.

Delivery was very quick and the goods were exactly as they were described on the website arriving as expected.

Ordered a treadmill on 27/12/22 item never arrived. By the 16th Jan and a couple of interactions with customer support (they were polite and apologetic) cited poor courier service. Lost faith in the order and cancelled asking for a refund. Refund arrives 3 days later. Put the same order into sweatband.com and it arrived 3 days later.

I ordered 18th Dec on a 3-5 day delivery. Kit (2x10kg weights) came 1 month and 2 days later. I chased by phone and email. Responses eventually ceased and I gave up hope they would arrive. I went back to my credit card firm and requested a refund (since BGE had stopped replying to my emails) - the kit turned up the next day (v-annoying but at least they're here now).

Broadly:
Got there eventually but comms was bad and became terrible.
Wouldn't recommend - I bought the same kit (this week) from another vendor and that came in no time (arrived today too).
Not worth the grief, use someone else.

Bait and switch operation.

Ordered a product that their live chat said was in stock. A week later they tell me that it isn't in stock and ask if I'd like to switch it for something similar, I accept.

At the time, I didn't realize that they had marked up the replacement product by about £200+ over other retailers. A part of me thinks that they did this to void the coupon code that I had used.

A week later they contact me again and ask for another £300 for shipping, on top of the £125 that I have already paid.

I have ordered a lot of fitness equipment recently, and what they tried to charge me in shipping totals more for this single item, than I was charged by Rogue for 23 items.

Avoid this company.

I purchased the the Life Fitness F3 with Track Connect Console Treadmill from this company the service and provided was excellent would highly recommend using this company. The installers was so helpful professional and friendly. GREAT SERVICE & CUSTOMER CARE

Having bought a number of large gym items over the last year or so, Best Gym Equipment have always provided excellent customer service, both in providing information on kit and throughout the sales and delivery process. They are a pleasure to deal with and I will be ordering more items from them in the future!

I received an email informing me that the air bike I had ordered was discontinued. I declined the offer to pre-order the new model, however they still debited my credit card. No response to my email requesting an immediate refund.
The matter has been resolved and the money refunded.

I couldn't be happier with the service that Best Gym Equipment provided. Great customer service. There were some delays due to the supplier having forgotten to ship a key part to them but Lauren proactively kept me informed regularly and provided me with a voucher as a goodwill gesture (I didn't ask for one) despite the issue not being their direct fault. She was open and transparent at all times. The installation service was friendly and efficient.

Absolutely stellar service from Richard & Lauren who answered every one of my emails and helped me get a rower for a great price. The delivery took a while however given the size of the item this is understandable. Once they advised me of the delayed they made sense.

Delivery service was great they phoned before delivering and helped me with the big boxes.

10/10 for service and prices.

After careful research on companies who could supply me with Stair master gauntlet 8, many business didn’t have stock and I was advised 6 to 7 weeks. I found Best gym equipment on web …. wow advised me 3 to 5 days, I was shocked, I couldn’t believe it but I was look after by Lauren all the way, very helpful answered all my questions. Great customer service. I had a mission to by a gift and thanks BGE made that possible. I wish all companies were like Best gym equipment (BGE ) True & friendly advice and they know their products. 6 stars for this team

Although they couldn’t fulfil the order in the end because of shipping delays affecting the industry, the staff were very helpful and bent over backwards to try and resolve things for me. Very polite and helpful customer service and would be a nice company to deal with once the country has sorted out its shipment issues. Maybe worth giving them a call before you order anything to make sure.

I ordered the Life Fitness G7 Cable Motion Gym Tower, including installation. The process from start to finish was excellent. The installation team called me the day before to agree a time, arrived at 7am in the morning as promised, completed the installation by 8:30am. They were excellent! Well organised, very tidy and took all the packaging away with them.

Excellent service. Pre ordered an item that was out of stock. It came exactly on time with the estimates I was provided with. I had a small issue with a manufacturer fault on one of the nylon rollers of the rowing machine, but BestGym and the manufacturer resolved with great efficiency. Very happy with the service and extremely satisfied with the Erg600w - well built, doesn’t move in use and so much quieter than I’d expected.

I'd been looking for dumbbells everywhere and this is the only place I found that had a range of different weights at affordable prices (compared to all the crazy prices we're seeing everywhere due to the pandemic). I got free shipping with my order and all the packages arrived within 3 working days, much quicker than I anticipated. Items were exactly as pictured.
